For presale orders, your payment is authorised and charged at the time of order to secure your unit and any included accessories.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for the warranties and guarantees referenced above, your use of our website and any products purchased is at your own risk, and Billyhops will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Billyhops against claims arising from your wilful breach of these terms or your unlawful conduct in connection with our services.

1. Currency & Pricing All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Shipping & Delivery Billyhops delivers fully assembled units to metro areas within Australia only.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain addresses, even within metro areas, if shipping costs become unreasonably high. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours once stock is ready. Customers will receive regular updates on the progress of their order.

5. Payment & Security We accept payments via Shopify Payments and secure all transactions with SSL encryption to protect your information. Your card is charged at the time you place your order.
6. 12 Month Peace of Mind We stand behind our products. If something goes wrong within 12 months of delivery due to a defect that affects safety or function, we'll make it right — whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund.
What's covered:
- Substantial damage to the plywood frame
- Hardware failure (e.g. faulty hinges, gas struts, locking pins, or screws not holding due to manufacturing faults)
What's not covered:
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
If an issue arises, we'll assess it with you via phone or email. Billyhops will determine the appropriate remedy based on the condition and nature of the fault.
7. Delays We work closely with our manufacturing and delivery partners to ensure orders arrive on time. However, unforeseen delays can occur due to production issues, customs, transport disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
In the event of a delay:
- We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible
- We will provide updated delivery timeframes when available
Billyhops is not liable for any losses, costs, or inconveniences resulting from such delays.
8. Change of Mind All limited release purchases are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including situations where you decide you no longer want the product after placing your order.
This allows us to plan production accurately and deliver your order as promised.
9. Product Details and Variations We strive to represent our products accurately. Designs, materials, and colours shown reflect our current production. Minor adjustments may occur over time to improve product quality, safety, or performance, or due to supplier and material availability.
Billyhops reserves the right to make such modifications without prior notice. These changes do not provide grounds for returns or refunds due to change of mind.
United States
1. Currency & Pricing All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
2. Shipping & Delivery The Billyhops Bench Tower-01 is delivered fully assembled across the United States from our fulfillment warehouse in Utah. Most US metro and standard addresses are covered, with delivery typically taking 2-3 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free to most US states. If checkout shows we're unable to ship to your location, please email hello@billyhops.com so we can see if we can arrange alternatives.
This is currently a presale. Shipping is expected to begin mid-June 2026, with units dispatched in the order they were received. You'll receive email updates and progress images along the way.
